TODD
L. MAYO
With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry,
starting as a personal trainer in the 1980's Mr. Mayo has been
training clients, managing fitness facilities and consulting for
the fitness industry for a great part of his working life.
Mr. Mayo holds personal training certifications from multiple
organizations including:
ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine)
NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association)
Mr. Mayo is the founder of Health Management, Inc and is the
current Executive Director of the U.S. Fitness Group, Inc.
Mr. Mayo oversees the companies activities and is available to
everyone to answer any questions about the company, its
policies, services or operations.

RANDY
LYONS
Mr. Lyons holds Personal Training Certifications to
include: NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine) ACE (American
Counsel Exercise) APEX (Nutritional Training) International
Nihon-Koden-Shito-Ryu, Tokyo, Japan Nidan – 2nd Degree Black
Belt
BACKGROUND: Randy has over two decades of experience in the
fitness industry. His lifelong interest in health and fitness began when Randy was a student of the Martial
Arts. He acquired
several degrees in different martial arts to include: Kenpo
Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Mui Tai, and Matubu Ha Shito-Ryu.
Spending nine years in the US Army as US Army Ranger Randy became interested helping
soldiers and their families both in the gym and in the Dojo. This led Randy to a career as a personal trainer. He
has worked with athletes, the Pierce County Sheriffs Dept, and
people of all ages.
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:
Randy is very passionate about health and fitness and focuses on nutrition, proper form of body movements,
flexibility, and overall strength conditioning; This can enable individuals with
weight loss or weight gain, or enable clients to reach their individual or sports goals. Randy
focuses on cross-functional training for each client based on
Medical History, Health, and Needs. Throughout this process
Randy helps his clients achieve and maintain
overall health and well-being.
Randy enjoys martial arts, weight
training, running, hiking, camping, swimming, and cooking
Italian foods!

JANELLE
LORE
Certified Personal Trainer-American College of Sports Medicine.

Personal trainer at The Main Street Gym, Bozeman MT
Background:
While attending the University of Wyoming where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology, Janelle interned and volunteered
to perform over 100 fitness tests. Working with her professor,
she conducted several treadmill stress tests with ECG, submax
tests, and over 50 VO2max tests. From the results of VO2max
test, Janelle worked with athletes, firemen, policemen, and the
everyday individual to improve their cardiovascular fitness. She
also conducted many body composition and resting metabolic rate
testing.
Training:
Janelle believes in functional movement. A body is designed to
be in motion and stay in motion. If you cannot move your own body
and your own weight, what is the purpose of movement? Janelle
bases her training upon functional movement in which her clients
gain greater functional movement and strength as well as achieve
their fitness goals. She is dedicated to her clients and their
health. Janelle enjoys hiking and competitive biking, swimming,
and running.
