Appointment Cancellation/Re-scheduling: 24 Hours notice is required for cancellation. You will be assessed your regular fee if appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice or if there is a no-show. If the company cancels your session with less than 24 hours notice we will provide you with your next session at no charge.
Payment methods: Payments may be made by cash, check or Visa. Packages are paid for in advance and there is no time limit in which you have to use them. You and your trainer can modify your session schedule at anytime.
Other: Please bring water to your session and eat a carbohydrate snack an hour before your session. Plan on replenishing your body after your session with fluids and food.

To prepare for your test
VO2 MAX: Eat normally and have a snack at least 1-2 hours prior. Bring workout cloths and prepare to workout. NO workout prior to test.
Metabolic Test and Body Composition: Fast 4 hours prior and no stimulants or vigorous workout before test.
VO2 MAX and Metabolic Testing cannot be done together. Although after Metabolic Test you may come and complete your VO2 MAX test later the same day. |
